Clinical Diagnostics Specialist – ABA Centers (Massachusetts)

Pay Range$65,000.00/yr – $80,000.00/yr

Responsibilities- Administer tests to clients and families.
- Complete pre‑assessments and accurate hand‑scoring of pencil/paper and computer tests.
- Ensure timely documentation and upload per departmental policy.
- Comply with ABA Centers of America’s HIPAA privacy and security policies.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Attend weekly supervision, clinical training meetings, and continue education sessions.
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field with experience testing/assessing for Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- LCSW certification is a plus.
- Experience as a technician is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of autism and coursework in assessment/testing of ASD and related disorders.
- Experience with tests such as ADOS‑2, CARS‑2, Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales, Sensory Profile, SRS‑2, BASC‑3, BRIEF‑2, Weschler Intelligence Scales, Developmental Assessment of Young Children, and Kauffman Brief Intelligence Test.
- Intake/interviewing experience.
- Willingness to obtain certification from the Board of Psychometrists.
- Driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
- Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
- Availability to work onsite, Monday‑Friday (and some Saturdays).
- Willingness to travel within the region.
