Clinical Diagnostics Specialist – ABA Centers (Massachusetts)

• Administer tests to clients and families.
• Complete pre‑assessments and accurate hand‑scoring of pencil/paper and computer tests.
• Ensure timely documentation and upload per departmental policy.
• Comply with ABA Centers of America’s HIPAA privacy and security policies.
• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Attend weekly supervision, clinical training meetings, and continue education sessions.

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field with experience testing/assessing for Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• LCSW certification is a plus.
• Experience as a technician is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of autism and coursework in assessment/testing of ASD and related disorders.
• Experience with tests such as ADOS‑2, CARS‑2, Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales, Sensory Profile, SRS‑2, BASC‑3, BRIEF‑2, Weschler Intelligence Scales, Developmental Assessment of Young Children, and Kauffman Brief Intelligence Test.
• Intake/interviewing experience.
• Willingness to obtain certification from the Board of Psychometrists.
• Driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
• Availability to work onsite, Monday‑Friday (and some Saturdays).
• Willingness to travel within the region.
