What we're seeking:- Current and valid School Psychologist license in Massachusetts
- Experience working with K-12 populations, ideally in a school setting
- Strong counseling skills and ability to develop rapport with diverse students
- Familiarity with educational interventions, crisis management, and student support plans
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
- Deliver individual and group counseling to students in grades K-12
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student wellbeing
- Conduct assessments and assist in the development of intervention strategies
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualized support plans
- Assist with crisis intervention and provide professional guidance to school staff
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
This is a chance to take on a meaningful role for the majority of the school year, with interviews beginning immediately for qualified candidates holding a current MA license. The position focuses primarily on counseling, allowing you to have a lasting, direct impact on students educational and emotional journeys.
