Entry Level Recruiter – Braintree, MA

We are seeking an Entry Level Recruiter for our Braintree, MA office. This role supports internal recruitment and focuses on building a strong candidate pipeline for our sales teams.

We are looking for a self‑starting, hardworking, organized individual who enjoys working with people. 0‑3 years of recruiting or customer service experience preferred.

• Evaluate applicants with managers to determine qualifications.
• Lead job advertisements and source candidates via job sites and networking.
• Screen candidates and conduct phone interviews nationwide.
• Perform reference checks and place contract employees to meet client needs.
• Build and maintain a sales prospect pool.
• Communicate with hiring managers on job orders and candidate submissions.
• Assist in recruiting process goals for new recruiters.
• Ensure completion of hiring paperwork, E‑verify, I‑9, drug tests, and background checks.
