We’re looking for a driven General Manager to lead our club to success! If you’re passionate about health and fitness, love motivating teams, and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, we want to meet you.

• Lead daily operations, ensuring an exceptional member experience and a culture of excellence.
• Hire, train, and develop a motivated, high-performing team.
• Drive membership growth and retention through strong leadership and sales focus.
• Partner with department heads to hit performance goals and maintain a clean, energetic, and welcoming facility.
• Uphold Fit Factory’s values and culture by setting the tone for positivity, accountability, and fun.

• 3+ years of management experience (fitness or hospitality preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to hit goals and lead teams to success.
• Passion for fitness and a “Whatever It Takes” mindset.
• Tech-savvy with solid organizational skills.
