Dizario Search is partnered with an industry leading machinery manufacturer
, located 25 minutes from Braintree, MA seeking an experienced Plant Manager
. In this role, you will focus on hands‑on leadership on the production floor, supporting plantwide personnel, developing process improvements, ensuring on‑time shipments & deliveries, and streamlining plantwide improvement projects.
Our client is seeking a hands‑on leader with experience in CNC or custom machining. This role offers a competitive base salary, full benefits, 410k, bonus, and PTO plan.

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting for each production department and work with internal leadership to ensure budgets are followed per company specification.
• Ensure all employees follow all OSHA guidelines and work with internal safety leadership to drive a safety‑first work culture.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing LEAN manufacturing principles.
• Oversee hiring, training, and career development for both salaried and hourly employees.
• Develop retention and training programs to ensure employee longevity and growth potential.

• 7 (+) years of experience in a plant management or similar role within a machining environment.
• Experience with ERP or SAP software programs is required.
• Ability to develop KPI & metrics‑driven programs for both hourly and salaried staff members.
• Previous Six Sigma experience is required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
