Wollaston Alloys/CPP Boston is a stainless steel and high alloy sand casting foundry based in Braintree, MA. With over 60 years of experience, we manufacture components for the defense market and commercial industries such as power generation.

We are seeking a dedicated Driver to support our fast‑paced facility. This role is essential in ensuring timely delivery of parts and materials. Compensation is competitive with a $20 per hour base, plus a bonus program and comprehensive benefits.

• Deliver and pickup parts and materials locally.
• Prepare bills of lading or dray tickets for each shipment.
• Check and record all items loaded for shipment.
• Close out orders and forward documents to production planning and accounting after shipment completion.
• Maintain shipping records including goods returned, returnable pallets, dunnage, packing slips, etc.
• Verify goods received by counting all unloaded items, reporting discrepancies to carrier and purchasing office, and accurately receiving in the system.
• Collect information for damage claims on in‑transit damage.
• Assist with maintaining inbound/outbound and priority reporting.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area to assure proper processing and efficiency.
• Comply with all quality, supply chain, safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.

• Clean driving record.
• Must meet DOT medical card requirements.
• Customer‑service focused.
• Strong attention to detail, good verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
• Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
• Previous manufacturing shipping experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word (basic to intermediate).
• High school diploma or GED required.
