Do you want to work for a fun, fast‑paced, growing restaurant brand? 110 Grill Braintree is seeking a General Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing guests with a memorable dining experience by adhering to our Core Values of Consistency, Collaboration, Respect, Integrity, and Excellence/Success.

• Supervise and coordinate up to 50 team members.
• Oversee guest experience and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation.
• Train and manage front‑of‑house personnel.
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures for 110 Grill.

• Previous experience working in hospitality.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
