$15.00/hr - $30.00/hr

• Must have knowledge of all menu items and ingredients to best serve guests.
• Must answer any and all guest questions regarding menu, including food and beverage ingredients, allergy information, item availability and 110 Grill policies.
• Must know all steps of service and provide polished service at the guests’ pace.
• Must be engaging, enthusiastic and personable to provide a pleasurable dining experience, maintaining eye contact and presence behind the bar.
• Must be a team player and help wherever necessary: answering the phone, helping seat guests, running food, completing running side work.
• Must be willing to perform any tasks delegated by management.
• Approach all guests with enthusiasm and explain our concept for food and service.
• Must complete opening and closing side work which includes set up and breakdown of dining room on a daily basis.
• Must work as a team to complete running side work including running food/beverage, resetting tables and prepping product.
