• Deliver outstanding customer service by following AKIRA's 5 Steps of Selling.
• Offer expert styling advice and trend insights to clients.
• Thoughtfully curate merchandise to create complete head-to-toe looks for clients.
• Manage and personalize fitting rooms to enhance the client experience.
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
• Contribute to the overall upkeep and appearance of the store.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of AKIRA's product offerings.
• Exceed individual sales goals with determination and focus.

• Move product, supplies, and/or boxes repetitively; push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand or walk for extended periods, including a 10-12 hour shift.
• Hourly position with additional sales commission; total compensation varies by location and performance.

Full Time. Starting pay $18.00 - $30.00 per hour, with additional sales commission. Compensation may be adjusted based on experience, qualifications, and other factors. Additional benefits discussed during hiring.
