Part-time Merchandising Associate at The TJX Companies, Inc.

Location: 180 Pearl St, Braintree, MA USA

Starting Pay: $15.00 to $15.50 per hour

• Model outstanding customer experience, engaging with all customers and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Accurately ring purchases, process returns, and count change following operating procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards, preparing merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery, shrink reduction, safety awareness, and overall store cleanliness.
• Support store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and responding to unexpected situations.
• Lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Preferred experience in retail customer service.
