Shipping & Receiving Van Driver at Superior Packaging and Finishing

We are seeking a reliable and safety‑focused Shipping & Receiving Van Driver to support our daily logistics and warehouse operations. This position is responsible for transporting goods, materials, and mail using a company van, performing shipping and receiving tasks, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and able to perform physical tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

• Safely operate a company van for pick‑ups and deliveries
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies
• Ensure deliveries and pick‑ups are on time and accurate

• Load and unload materials safely
• Check incoming items against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments.
• Help organize stock and keep inventory accurate.

• Complete paperwork such as packing slips, manifests, invoices, and daily reports.
• Get customer signatures and update computer systems.
• Keep accurate records of all shipments and deliveries.

• Move, store, and organize received items.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse aisles and storage areas.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Experience in warehouse or shipping work preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.

• Ability to lift, bend, carry, and perform physical tasks.
• Walking, standing, reaching, lifting and driving.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs at times.
