Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and execute complex optical and electrical test setups, including automated measurement systems.
• Develop effective Design of Experiments (DoE) methodologies and perform advanced measurements to support product development.
• Create and implement modular characterisation protocols and test methods aligned with project requirements.
• Analyse and interpret device performance data to extract key metrics, identify trends, and determine failure modes.
• Produce clear technical reports summarising verification and characterisation results, providing recommendations for future development.
• Collaborate closely with design, process, test, and reliability engineering teams.
• Contribute to the development of test strategies for new device platforms and emerging technologies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives relating to laboratory workflows, automation, engineering processes, and best practices.
• Assist with additional technical activities as required to support project and business objectives.
