Responsibilities
- Processing invoices, checks, and expense reports, and managing customer/vendor accounts.
- Recording, updating, and maintaining financial records, ledgers, and databases with high accuracy.
- Reconciling bank statements and daily balance sheets, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Daily entry of financial data, including sales, expenses, and invoices, into accounting software.
- Ensuring all financial records adhere to legal standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- 2-5 year of experience in Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Experience with Quick Books is an asset
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to work fully onsite
