Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional with 2–5 years of experience who enjoys variety and is comfortable taking on ad hoc responsibilities and financial analysis in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payment runs
• Work within Microsoft D365 Dynamics Business Central / Navision to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Support month-end activities, reconciliations, and reporting as needed
• Assist with financial analysis, including variance analysis, data review, and basic reporting
• Take on ad hoc accounting and administrative duties to support the broader finance team
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve inquiries efficiently

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role
• Completion of Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Business, Finance or Accounting
• Experience with Business Central and/or Navision preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Solid Excel skills and an analytical mindset
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
