Position: Invoicing Specialist at Alpha Trans
Become a key player in the financial operations of Alpha Trans Ltd. as an Invoicing Specialist. This role focuses on accurate customer invoicing and document tracking in a fast-paced trucking environment.

As the Invoicing Specialist at our Brampton office, you will oversee the invoicing process for our extensive cross-border fleet. You will generate invoices using Trans Plus, reconcile against essential documents, and ensure billing accuracy. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you tackle discrepancies and support accounts receivable tasks, contributing significantly to our bottom line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate customer invoices in Trans Plus accurately

• Track documents via Outlook and Samsara effectively

• Resolve invoicing discrepancies proactively

• Support accounts receivable with follow-up calls

• Maintain clean invoicing records for audits

Requirements:

• 1+ year in invoicing, accounting, or billing

• Familiarity with transportation TMS or accounting software

• Strong Outlook, Word, and Excel skills

• Attention to detail with invoicing accuracy

• Legal authorization to work in Canada
