Position: Sofina Foods Accounts Receivable Expert
Join Sofina Foods as an Accounts Receivable Expert in Brampton, Ontario, where you will be responsible for daily cash administration and account reconciliation. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

As a key member under the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will manage cash receipts, liaise with customers to resolve deductions, and improve overall A/R processes. Your focus will be on maintaining accurate records, approving credit notes swiftly, and collaborating with team members to eliminate obstacles in the receivables process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cash application and account reconciliations

• Investigate customer claims promptly

• Approve credit notes in a timely manner

• Generate customer statements as needed

• Review weekly aging reports and follow up on past due accounts

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or related field

• At least 3 years of hands-on Accounts Receivable experience

• Familiarity with the food industry is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook

• Strong analytical and communication skills
