We seek a Bookkeeper with 1-2 years of experience who will keep financial records organized and balanced.
Your role includes calculating fixed assets, preparing various financial reports, and ensuring compliance with taxation. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate ledgers and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare payroll cheques on a timely basis
• Reconcile various accounts to maintain accuracy
• Prepare trial balances and other financial statements
• Post journal entries for accurate record-keeping
• Calculate and assess assets and depreciation
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant bookkeeping experience
• Non-university diploma or certificate
• Strong ability in computerized bookkeeping systems
• Detail-oriented and client-focused mindset
• Dependable and flexible to changing tasks
