We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our expanding Administrative Team in a full time position. If you enjoy collaborating with others and excel in a fast-paced environment that promotes continuous learning and development, this may be the ideal opportunity for you.
Full Time Position.
Responsibilities include:
Post supplier invoices efficiently and accurately using rapid payables scanning system and manual entry
Experience manipulating PDFs – Splitting, sorting etc.
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal staff to resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in other accounting related activities as required.

Excellent organization skills with a high attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Great Computer skills
Effective interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
Results driven; known for working well in a fast-paced, high volume and deadline-oriented environment
Solid organizational skills
Easily adaptable to changing priorities and schedules
Qualifications:
Knowledge of full cycle accounts payables
Minimum 2-5 years related experience in a medium sized company
PDF Manipulation
Worked within an ERP system
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a necessity
Pay: $60,000.00-$67,000.00 per year
Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Brampton, ON L7A 1A2
