Payroll & Accounting Clerk

We’re looking for a  Payroll & Accounting Clerk  to join our team and support key financial operations, payroll processing, and day-to-day accounting activities. Responsibilities

Process payroll for temporary employees, including issuing ROEs.

Manage Accounts Payable.

Provide backup support for Accounts Receivable and Collections.

Complete monthly credit card reconciliations.

Perform general account reconciliations.

Assist with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

1–3 years of accounting and/or payroll experience.

Payroll processing experience is an asset.

Experience with Microsoft Business Central is an asset.

Experience in the staffing industry is an asset.

Proficiency with Excel and Outlook.

Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy.

Outstanding time management and organizational abilities.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure, handle competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

Experience with Avionté is an asset.
