Reporting to the Manager, Accounts Receivable, the Billing Coordinator will be an integral member of the Accounts Receivable Team and utilize an experience in billing to deliver on targets and support various business initiatives in an ever‑changing growth‑oriented environment.

What you will enjoy doing

Preparing invoices, credits, and adjustments – ensuring everything is accurate and entered into the financial reporting system on time.

Regular check‑ins with branches to confirm that all billable goods and services are captured correctly.

Maintaining the billing system and keeping all related documentation open and easy to access.

Working closely with different teams and customers to resolve any billing questions or issues.

Focusing on continuous improvement – spotting opportunities to streamline billing processes and suggesting better ways of doing things.

Reconciling error reports and monitoring data from both internal and external systems.

Taking ownership of system setup, including onboarding new clients or patients and managing invoice submissions from start to finish.

Pulling together reports and assisting with data collection to support broader team needs.

Monitoring billing inboxes and ensuring customer requests are responded to in a timely manner.

Ensuring compliance with internal policies, meeting deadlines, and supporting audits and month‑end close activities.

What makes you great

3+ years of experience in a similar billing or accounts receivable role.

Experience with large ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards.

Exposure to EDI or e‑billing, third‑party submissions, or medical/government billing is an asset.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; bilingual in French and English is a plus.

Comfort with MS Office, especially intermediate Excel skills like VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.

An analytical, detail‑oriented mindset with a problem‑solving approach.

Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment, staying organized and prioritizing effectively.

Collaborative spirit, building relationships, and communicating across teams.

Reliability, accountability, and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Familiarity with accounting principles, the full AR cycle, and concepts such as Proof of Delivery (POD) and Bills of Lading (BOL).

Benefits
This is an existing position with a starting salary of $55,000.00 per year.
