You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in invoice processing and will help train new team members. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual and electronic invoice reconciliations

• Ensure compliance with payment processing protocols

• Provide adjustments for discrepancies based on approvals

• Support monthly reconciliation procedures

• Build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in writing and verbally

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and accounting software

• Detail-oriented with a disciplined work ethic

• Knowledge of expense allocations and GL

• Experience in macro development
