As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will be an integral part of the new internal audit function, reporting to the Director of Internal Audit. Your primary responsibility will be to execute internal audits across various functions, assess internal control effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll also mentor new team members while managing a challenging workload with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing organization-wide risk assessments

• Analyze internal controls and collaborate with management

• Execute ITGC, financial, and compliance audits

• Document work plans and prepare thorough audit reports

• Support external audits when necessary

Requirements:

• Must have a CPA designation

• Minimum 3 years of related audit experience

• Knowledge of financial systems and risk management

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
