• Process supplier invoices with a three-way match

• Collect and sort receiving slips daily

• Post accounts payable invoices in the system

• Follow up on missing slips or errors

• Conduct month-end accounts payable reconciliation

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Proficiency in Excel software

• Strong time-management and organizational skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Post-secondary accounting course is preferred
