• Process supplier invoices accurately and timely

• Verify pricing, taxes, and payment terms for invoices

• Maintain vendor master records and respond to inquiries

• Support month-end accruals and accounts payable reconciliations

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of accounts payable experience

• Postsecondary education in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred

• Familiarity with ERP systems; JD Edwards experience is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
