Key Responsibilities:

• Review and adjust client invoices as needed

• Collect delinquent accounts following established procedures

• Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports

• Maintain proper documentation for all invoices

• Assist in training new billing team members

Requirements:

• Diploma in a related field from a community college

• Minimum 3 years of billing and finance experience

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a steady-paced environment

• Be proactive in suggesting improvements for processes

• Responsive to team and management inquiries
