We are seeking a detail-driven professional with over 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, ideally within small businesses. Quick Books Online expertise is required to manage our financial records effectively, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

Your role will be essential in supporting our financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and reconcile vendor bills and customer invoices

• Carry out bank reconciliations consistently

• Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accuracy

• Prepare monthly financial reports for management

• Keep bookkeeping records meticulously organized

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant bookkeeping experience

• Proficient in using Quick Books Online

• Strong understanding of expense tracking and reconciliation

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Fluent English; basic French knowledge is a plus
