Payroll & Accounting Clerk

We’re looking for a Payroll & Accounting Clerk to join our team and support key financial operations, payroll processing, and day-to-day accounting activities. • Process payroll for temporary employees, including issuing ROEs.
• Manage Accounts Payable.
• Provide backup support for Accounts Receivable and Collections.
• Complete monthly credit card reconciliations.
• Perform general account reconciliations.
• Assist with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required.

• 1–3 years of accounting and/or payroll experience.
• Payroll processing experience is an asset.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central is an asset.
• Experience in the staffing industry is an asset.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook.
• Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy.
• Outstanding time management and organizational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with Avionté is an asset.
