Position: Manufacturing Controller Opportunity

Reporting to the VP Finance, you will ensure that all financial operations adhere to compliance standards while accurately reflecting results across the organization.

Your role will involve both oversight and strategic collaboration, enhancing cash flow management and improving internal controls alongside cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial reporting and compliance initiatives

• Guarantee accuracy of financial data and results

• Manage cash flow and maintain strong internal controls

• Collaborate with leadership on strategic insights

• Execute process improvements for enhanced efficiency

Requirements:

• Hold a CPA, CA designation with minimum 8 years experience

• Experience in public accounting or auditing preferred

• Must have manufacturing or CPG industry background

• Strong critical thinking for creative business solutions

• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
