About the Opportunity

Own the full accounts payable cycle, from processing, coding and posting supplier and expense invoices to resolving discrepancies, reconciling vendor accounts, and reviewing AP aging so payments land within terms and discounts are captured

Prepare payment batches, EFT files and online banking uploads for CAD and USD payments, including ACH/EFT transactions to Canadian and U.S. suppliers, with the right authorizations in place every time

Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close across multiple legal entities by preparing accruals, journal entries and prepaid schedules, maintaining balance sheet tracking spreadsheets, and determining vendor purchase cut-offs

About You

An accounting professional with at least two years of hands-on AP and general accounting experience, including month-end close work, and a diploma or degree in accounting or finance

Strong in Excel and comfortable in an ERP, with real experience preparing electronic payment files, working in online banking platforms, and handling cross-border CAD and USD payments

Organized and persistent, with the judgment to chase down discrepancies, keep vendor relationships positive, and manage deadlines across several entities without losing accuracy

Pay Range
$53,000 - $57,000 per year
