Senior Director Record to Report

Lead enterprise Record-to-Report strategy at Loblaw Companies Limited, applying financial governance and transformation expertise across complex accounting operations.

As Senior Director, Record-to-Report, you will direct Central Services, Corporate Accounting and Franchise Accounting. You will oversee financial integrity, controls, reporting and stakeholder experience across a high-volume portfolio. The mandate includes standardization, automation, governance and scalable operating-model evolution.

• Set the multi-year enterprise Record-to-Report strategy and roadmap
• Oversee accounting services, reporting, reconciliations and tax remittances
• Maintain financial controls, risk governance and audit readiness
• Advance standardization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead senior stakeholder, provider and geographically dispersed team relationships

• 10+ years of progressive Finance or Accounting leadership experience
• Experience leading complex internal and third-party operations
• Strong financial accounting, controls, governance and reporting knowledge
• Transformation, automation and operating-model change experience
• Degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, Finance or Accounting
