Manufacturing Plant Finance Controller

Lead plant financial reporting and forecasting as an on-site Plant Controller supporting a major manufacturing facility in Brampton, Ontario. Advanced Excel and cost management expertise matter.
Movement Search and Delivery is partnering with a multinational manufacturing company on this Plant Controller opportunity. The role supports plant financial operations while partnering with plant leadership and corporate finance. You will provide business insight through budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee plant reporting, month-end close, and statement accuracy
Explain financial variances and operational drivers clearly
Lead plant budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Partner on cost improvement and operational performance
Support capital investments and major business decisions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
Eight-plus years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience
Manufacturing or cost accounting experience strongly preferred
Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
Strong reporting, forecasting, analytical, and communication skills
