Bilingual Accounts Payable Accountant

Support accounts payable, cash flow analysis, and banking payments as a bilingual Accountant at Charger Logistics’ Brampton office. English and Spanish communication are essential.

This Accountant supports Charger Logistics’ Accounting and Finance Department in a growing transport organization. The work includes vendor payments, invoices, purchase orders, contracts, travel expenses, and utilities. You will also use Microsoft Excel, coordinate with banks, and communicate with vendors and departments.

• Define and implement procedures for vendor payment transactions
• Conduct liquidity, cash flow, and foreign exchange analysis
• Process SWIFT, ACH, and wire bank payments
• Maintain cash flow spreadsheets and payment projections
• Audit invoices, expenses, journal entries, and accruals

• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or similar
• Minimum two years’ accounting or analytical experience
• Understand accounts payable policies, journal entries, and accruals
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Outlook knowledge
