Hybrid Accounts Receivable Clerk

Manage invoices, payments, and reconciliations as an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Brampton, with four days onsite and one remote day weekly.

This three-month contract supports a leading Canadian retail organization’s accounting team, with potential for extension. You will strengthen hands-on accounts receivable experience while working with vendors and internal stakeholders. Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas, supports accurate records and discrepancy investigations.

• Generate and process accurate customer invoices promptly
• Manage incoming payments, collections, and account reconciliations
• Resolve payment discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Support month-end journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
• Organize financial data and maintain accurate records using Excel

• Hands-on Accounts Receivable and accounting experience
• Strong Excel proficiency with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and prioritization
• Accounting, Finance, Business, or related diploma preferred
