As a Night Auditor, you will register and check out guests, settle accounts, and verify payments. The position combines accounting controls with customer service, data entry, and nightly computer processing. You will also communicate guest needs across departments and address complaints professionally.

• Register guests and settle accounts according to reservations
• Verify payments, maintain floats, and prepare deposits
• Balance charges, income postings, and staff accounts
• Complete nightly processing for the next day
• Respond to complaints and communicate guest needs

• Previous front office or accounting experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and network systems
• Strong data entry, analytical, and communication skills
• High school, GED, or equivalent completion
• Availability for weekday or weekend overnight shifts
