Corporate Tax Compliance Manager

Corporate tax compliance and audit work define this EY Assistant Manager position within the national Tax Operate team. Strong analysis and detail support accurate client deliverables.

You will work closely with Managers and Senior Managers to deliver tax compliance, audit of tax, and advisory services. The role involves applying technical knowledge practically, preparing calculations and returns, and interpreting legislation. You will manage priorities, support engagement timelines, and help develop junior colleagues.

• Prepare corporate income tax computations and tax returns
• Complete deferred tax calculations for client engagements
• Liaise with audit teams on tax audit procedures
• Track engagement progress against budgets and timelines
• Ensure accuracy and escalate issues where appropriate

• HDip Tax, MCom Tax, or BCom Honours qualification
• Approximately four years in corporate tax
• Tax compliance, accounting, or audit experience
• Strong technical foundation in tax legislation
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
