Previous work experience in an administrative role within the Transportation/Logistics industry is required
Shift: 5:00pm-1:30am Monday-Friday
Pay: $21.00/hour
Responsibilities Include:
- Customer service (phone/email)
- Verifying documents
- Billing
- Photocopying/scanning/faxing
- Scheduling appointments
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education or combination or education and work experience
- Previous administrative experience within the Transportation industry
- Microsoft Office experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience with AS400 is an asset
