The Finance & Administrative Coordinator role at Wee Watch Brampton encompasses managing billing cycles and supporting audits while working with diverse stakeholders. You will be engaged for 25 to 35 hours weekly, primarily on-site, ensuring timely processing of Provider payments and clear communication with families. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the complete billing process including invoices
• Provide support for audits and financial reporting
• Schedule and deposit Provider payments every two weeks
• Communicate with families and Providers regarding billing
• Conduct necessary administrative duties for office operations
Requirements:
• Analytical skills to evaluate financial discrepancies
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Proficient in office and accounting software
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently
• Background in finance or administrative work
