The Pod Group is on the lookout for an efficient and hands-on Executive Assistant. You will facilitate communication between the Executive Director and the Board of Directors, manage schedules, and coordinate essential projects. This position offers a chance to contribute to meaningful community impact while honing your administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director
• Schedule board meetings and prepare materials
• Compose professional documents and reports
• Onboard new board members effectively
• Ensure confidentiality and service quality in tasks
Requirements:
• Degree in Office Administration or similar
• 3 to 5 years as an assistant at the executive level
• Non-profit experience preferred
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
Excel in providing executive support and be part of a team dedicated to community progress.
