Billing Administrator Position at GFL

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct final invoice reviews prior to client submission

• Validate rates, hours, and supplies used on jobs

• Investigate and rectify billing issues as necessary

• Input invoices into designated payment portals

• Assist with month-end billing summaries for clients

Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in billing within the Oil sector preferred

• Degree or diploma in business administration is a plus

• Proficient with Google applications and billing systems

• Familiarity with Track, Open Invoice, or Maximo is advantageous

• Transportation means required for office access
