Location:

Brampton, ON L6Y 0J2

Salary: $36.75 hourly / 40 hours per week

Terms of employment:
Permanent, Full time

Education:

College, CEGEP or non‑university certificate or diploma from a 1‑to‑2‑year program

Experience
2 to  Work must be completed at the physical location. No option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate new administrative procedures

Delegate work to office support staff

Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met

Carry out administrative activities of the establishment

Co‑ordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services

Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls

Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence

Supervision

5–10 people
