Equipment Sales Operations Coordinator

Elevate sales operations as a meticulous Equipment Sales Coordinator at a prominent dealer in Woodbridge, ON. Ensure smooth processing of orders and maintain essential documentation.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating orders, serving as a key link between Sales Representatives and Vendors, and managing equipment inventory systems. Strong written and verbal skills are needed to handle inquiries and ensure timely updates to all stakeholders. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is crucial for effective task management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate equipment order processing with OEMs

• Act as liaison for Sales and Vendor communications

• Input and maintain accurate records in the SILK system

• Confirm purchase order accuracy and invoice processing

• Keep Sales and Customers updated on order status

Requirements:

• Experience in equipment dealership or material handling is a plus

• Excellent customer service orientation

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams

• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities
