This position offers vital support to the Earth and Environment Services for Central Canada. With responsibilities ranging from data entry to document management and meeting coordination, you'll ensure smooth office operations. Additionally, you'll provide back-up for reception and assist clients in various capacities, making every day dynamic and engaging.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry and manage document filing
• Coordinate meeting schedules and lunch arrangements
• Assist with reception duties and greet office visitors
• Edit and format technical reports and proposals
• Prepare client documents and correspondence as needed
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in administration
• 1-2 years of relevant office experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to confidentiality
