As a Service Coordinator, you will drive administrative excellence within one of Ontario's top John Deere dealerships. Your focus on customer satisfaction, strong communication, and organizational skills will be vital in maintaining service records and performance metrics. With responsibilities ranging from billing to assisting with special projects, your attention to detail will enhance teamwork across Service, Parts, and Sales departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate handling of service work orders and invoices
• Monitor payroll for technician hours and labor performance
• Apply miscellaneous charges correctly to work orders
• Assist with special events and projects for the Service Manager
• Support incoming customer calls and service scheduling
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard applications
• Basic understanding of accounting practices
• Customer service experience or skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
