Loblaw has adopted the following hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely). Colleagues can work remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office (to be determined by each business unit).
Co‑op Student, Learning Operations About the RoleAs a Co‑op Student, Learning Operations, you will support the coordination and delivery of learning experiences across the organization. Working closely with the Learning team, you will helpmaintainlearning content and records in the Learning Management System (LMS),assist with program logistics, respond to routine learner questions, and prepare reports and materials.
This is a hands‑on development opportunity for a student who is organized, curious, comfortable working with technology and data, and eager to learn how Learning & Developmentoperatesin a large, fast‑paced organization. You will receive guidance and coaching as you build practical experience in learning operations, stakeholder support, and continuous improvement.

You will be working from our Brampton HeadOfficeat1 President’s Choice Circle 4 daysa week.
Support routine LMS administration and maintenance activities under the guidance of team members.
Upload and organize learning content, including courses, curricula, certifications, classes, and virtual sessions.
Assist with learner enrolments, learning assignments,completionupdates, and record maintenance.
Test digital learning content, including SCORM packages, and document any issues for follow‑up.
Respond to routine learner access questions and elevate more complex technical issues as needed.
Helpmaintainaccuratecourse information and contribute to system clean‑up and improvement activities.
Prepare recurring reports on learning participation, enrolment, and completion using established templates.
Support ad hoc data requests by gathering, organizing, and validating information.
Review learning records for completeness and accuracy and flag discrepancies for correction.
Maintain trackers, process documents, job aids, and other team resources.
Assist with simple data analysis and summarize observations for the team.
Support the coordination of virtual and in‑person learning sessions, including scheduling, invitations, participant lists, materials, room setup, and catering where applicable.
