Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of service advisor experience and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include greeting customers, identifying and documenting necessary repairs, and facilitating effective communication with technicians. Your attention to detail will be crucial in achieving customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers courteously and effectively
• Identify service needs and prepare detailed repair orders
• Work closely with technicians for seamless service
• Conduct vehicle road tests to resolve issues
• Meet departmental production standards consistently
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Driver's License required
• Preferred 2-3 years of service advisor experience
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Experience with CDK or familiarity with automotive brands is an asset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
