• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and face-to-face interactions

• Schedule and manage customer appointments for estimates

• Handle towing and storage logistics for clients

• Complete vehicle imaging per brand standards

• Ensure clear documentation and follow-up on customer inquiries

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Mitchell and/or Audatex Estimating systems

• Prior experience in automotive body shop operations

• Valid driver's license required for role tasks

• Flexibility and strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage tasks under pressure
