We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality auto repairs with precision and expertise. We’re expanding our team and looking for a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our growing business. If you have experience with collision repairs, frame straightening, and working with a variety of vehicle makes and models, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities
Perform high-quality repairs on damaged vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition.
Remove and replace damaged body parts, including bumpers, doors, and fenders.
Repair or replace damaged panels using various techniques (e.g., welding, dent removal, refinishing).
Inspect vehicles to determine the extent of damage and assess repair needs.
Prepare vehicles for painting, ensuring surfaces are smooth and clean.
Work with other team members, including painters and estimators, to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety and company standards.
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of collision repair, auto body parts, and vehicle systems.
Ability to use a variety of repair tools and equipment.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
