With a minimum of two years' experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role, you'll be conducting thorough investigations to support fair resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confirm vehicle condition with inspection report analysis

• Navigate and resolve customer claims with unbiased assessments

• Communicate findings clearly to customers and internal teams

• Educate on vehicle repairs and condition expectations

• Mediate and negotiate fair outcomes for all parties

Requirements:

• 2+ years in automotive diagnostics or related roles

• Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills

• Basic computer literacy and CRM proficiency

• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic

• Experience with Google Suite is beneficial
