This is a full-time role that caters to dedicated professionals with 3-5 years of automotive experience. You'll be part of Performance Auto Group’s supportive team, focusing on seamless customer service and continuous improvement in vehicle repairs. Your diagnostic skills and teamwork will ensure peak performance in a busy workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate vehicles for additional repairs needed
• Create detailed service quotes based on flat-rate guidelines
• Execute repairs in line with company and factory standards
• Oversee parts ordering and warranty protocols
• Test drive vehicles post-service to ensure quality
Requirements:
• Fully licensed as a 310T Automotive Technician
• 3-5 years of mechanical experience in the automotive sector
• Hold a valid Ontario Driver's License
• Strong diagnostic abilities with a reliable work ethic
• Open to working Saturdays as needed
