Pine View Auto Group is looking for a Licensed Automotive Technician for Pine View West Hyundai in Brampton, ON.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our busy Service Department who enjoys challenges, is driven to create career commitment and is motivated to succeed and grow.
POSITION SUMMARYThe Licensed Technician/Mechanic is responsible for diligently maintaining, repairing and servicing customer vehicles to ensure both customer safety and satisfaction while contributing to overall departmental success. A key priority for a technician is to instill brand loyalty and ensure a positive customer service experience.
The Licensed Technician/Mechanic has excellent communication skills and is able to listen and discern as well as execute all requirements in the Service process. The technician can focus on the big-picture without missing any of the details and delivers results. They continually strive to become an expert in their field so that the service provided is above customer expectations.
A Licensed Technician/Mechanic upholds the dealerships' standards and values so that the customer is fully satisfied through every interaction with the service department.
Qualifications:- Valid Automotive Licensed Mechanic Certification (310S)
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
- Have or can obtain your own essential trade tools & Safety Shoes.
- Brand experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (proficient in English).
- Reliable and disciplined - able to follow through on assignments.
- Organized/able to prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated
- Accuracy and detail oriented individual.
- Committed to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
- Monday-Friday: 8:00AM-5:30 PM
- Saturdays: 8:00AM-4:00PM
- Available to work shifts including Saturday & evenings as needed.
